High Service and Great Location

The staff at Pacha Tulum went above and beyond, especially the front desk team who provided local tips and helped coordinate our plans. The central location made it convenient for beach and restaurant access.

Unfortunately, our room faced a busy intersection, which resulted in noisy nights.

During my recent stay at Pacha Tulum Boutique, I experienced exceptional service from Rodriguez at check-in, who warmly welcomed me with complimentary drinks. The staff's willingness to assist with local recommendations and their attention to detail greatly enhanced my experience. The beautifully decorated room provided a comfortable atmosphere after a long day of business meetings, making my stay both restful and enjoyable.

The room had a strong odor, and the shower was problematic as it didn't work properly. I also found the check-in process unfriendly, lacking warmth and guidance. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired as there were stains on the walls and debris on the floor.

The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. The pool is clean and a great spot to relax after a long day. Additionally, the room was cozy and had a beautiful living area, providing a perfect retreat from the heat.

The Deluxe Room we stayed in was cozy, and the vibe was super chill. Having a cot for our baby made things easier, and the staff was welcoming. One downside was that the room faced a busy intersection, so there was some noise at night. But overall, the comfort level was high, and it was a good space to unwind after exploring Tulum.

It was just a good pick for a flash stay in Tulum with fantastic value for money. I appreciated the quick response from the staff when I needed extra towels early in the morning. Request a room away from the street for a quieter experience.
